I'm having trouble tracking my order.
AeroGrow may send your package through the US Postal Service, UPS/Smart Post or FedEx, depending on the shipping method you chose, your shipping address, and the weight of your package.
Generally, AeroGardens and any product that weighs 6 lbs or more will be shipped via FedEx, orders that weigh between 1 and 6 lbs will be shipped UPS/Smart Post, and orders under 1 lb or any order to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS (post office).
If you received a tracking number, please check it carefully. If the tracking number begins with “1Z”, then your package is shipping via UPS/Smart Post and can be tracked on the UPS website at www.ups.com. Any other tracking number indicates that your order was sent via FedEx and can be tracked through www.fedex.com. If you did not receive a tracking number, then your package is shipping via USPS (post office), and unfortunately cannot be tracked.
If you are at the correct website and you are still unable to track your package, please check again later in the day or wait until the following morning. We send you the tracking numbers as soon as they are assigned at our warehouse – however, there may be a short delay between the time the number is assigned and the package is in the hands of the shipper and shows up on their website.
