If you are calling Customer Service regarding the status of an order, please be assured that we are processing your Holiday orders as quickly as possible.
All Other Issues:
If you are calling Customer Service regarding an issue other than order status, you may either hold on the line, or press 2 and leave us your phone number. Your message will hold your place in the queue, and we will call you back in the order your call was received. If you do choose to leave us your number, please do so only once. Due to extremely high call volume, our current callback time is between 1 and 2 business days.
